Hammas baths

In 2010 with the support of the Mikes family as well as the cooperation of the participating organisations and the locals, the Hammas baths and their environment were reconstructed.

The area is a private property, but it is open to the public, and thus several locals visit the baths regularly.

The owners, the Mikes family, wanted to provide free access to the renovated complex for the public, with all its thermal waters and natural resources.

On the area of the Hammas baths a small pavilion was built which also serves as a protection against rain or extremely strong sunshine. On both locations the goal was to establish functionally well-based spaces and special connections that also suit the spirit of the place.
